  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM), Operations Manager (OM) and School
Leaders (SLs) in an MOE Secondary school (nearest MRT- Yishun & Khatib) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting minor maintenance and decoration of the school
  • Providing support to staff on all matters relating to eco-learning and recycle art matters.
  • Perform minor repair works
  • Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
  • Taking on additional or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority
Job Requirements:
  • Preferably three years of relevant experience in school operations
Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
  • Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30-min lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
