Job Description:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organizations corporate objectives and long-term vision.
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership on organizational design, talent management, and cultural transformation.
  • Lead initiatives to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the organizations commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs to cultivate a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Leading and mentoring an HR team across the region
  • Window person to strategize Japanese Expatriates movement to the regions
  • Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance agility and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Foster a culture that embraces change and innovation, ensuring alignment with the organizations core values.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Japanese Language is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge on Labour law in Japan, Thailand & Singapore with a deep understanding of global HR practices.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with Japanese and Thai office.
