Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and informative assistance to visitors, enhancing their overall experience.
Conduct ticket and attraction admission checks to ensure a smooth entry process.
Manage crowd control during peak hours to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
Assist in the facilitation of events and programs held within the venue.

Working Hours:

Minimum availability of 3 days per week, including at least 1 weekend.
Flexible shifts ranging from 6 to 12 hours, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM (rotating schedule). (CAN CHOOSE)

Salary:

$10/hour on weekdays
$12/hour on weekends

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to engage with visitors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage crowds effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
