  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at GrandTech Cloud Services Inc. in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive company growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the startup, venture capital, and private equity spaces.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with both client and company objectives
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using insights to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of GrandTech’s cloud solutions

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with top-level executives.
  • Experience in developing growth strategies and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
