Location: Tai Seng (Walking distance to MRT)
Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Relevant experience in HR would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring documents are easily accessible and securely stored.
Liaise with internal & external vendors & clients.
Draft and respond to letters or email inquiries
Enter, update, and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and security
Monitor and track employee attendance records, leave requests, and vacation schedules.
Assist with ad-hoc projects or initiatives as needed, providing administrative support such as research, scheduling, and coordination
ssist with other duties as required, such as organizing company events, preparing presentations, or managing special tasks as assigned

Requirements:

GCE N Level or any relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, google drive, Doc sheet

Ability to work independently
