  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing web applications, integrating data from various platforms, implementing AI solutions, and automating workflows to improve our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative tools that enhance our services and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:
  • Design and develop secure and user-friendly web applications.
  • Implement features that improve data presentation and user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces.

Data Integration and Backend Development:
  • Integrate data from various platforms using APIs.
  • Develop backend systems to manage data flow between databases and frontend applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and security throughout the systems.

AI and Machine Learning Implementation:
  • Utilise pre-trained GPT models to develop internal query systems for document data.
  • Fine-tune models to interact with documents in various formats (PDFs, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Integrate AI solutions into applications for enhanced user interaction.

Automation and Workflow Enhancement:
  • Enhance and extend existing automation workflows for data pipeline management.
  • Implement tools for data scraping, cleaning, and integration with CRM systems.
  • Develop automated outreach and scheduling systems to streamline communication.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar languages).
  • Familiarity with API integration and working with third-party services.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, specifically with GPT models.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and data scraping techniques.
  • Proficient in handling and processing documents in various formats (PDF, Google Docs).

Soft Skills:
