We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an AVP, Premier Elite Service Manager, Team Leader.

Principal Responsibilities

This is a hybrid role where a Premier Elite Service Manager support Premier Elite Relationship Managers in operational functions in customer service and takes on leadership duties. A key responsibility is to assist VP, Customer Service to ensure that service standards are met by their team members and regulatory and operational guidelines are adhered to:

  • Support Relationship Managers and Team Head by assuming responsibility of the operational functions in customer service and administrative support
  • Ensure customer correspondence, enquiries, and requests are attended to promptly and accurately, while maintaining a high standard of customer confidentiality
  • Achieve a high service standard by ensuring efficient and quality service to customers
  • Maintain a high standard of operational and risk compliance by ensuring that standards and workflow are in continuous adherence to Group Standards and local regulations
  • Possess leadership in providing guidance to the junior team member. The role holder will act as the first level of contact in resolving operational issues and escalated complaints within the team
  • Provide administrative support in managing team schedule and roster
  • Coordinate and disseminate project updates, solicit feedback / suggestions and providing support during UAT
  • Provide first level review and assessment to VP, Customer Service, on FCC related matters, for example, account transaction review to identify potential financial crime risks and red flags
Requirements
  • Strong banking and product knowledge and experienced in client servicing, preferably High Net Worth Individuals
  • A team player who is self-motivated and can use their own initiative with the ability to focus on delivering a high quality customer service
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizing, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Experienced in coaching, mentoring and developing others to maximize their performance
  • As the role will be dealing with customers predominantly in North Asia market, proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese are required. Cantonese will be an added advantage
