Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant
(5-day work week)

  • Provide quality customer service to customers via telephone, social media or messaging.
  • Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders
  • Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken in the system
  • Deliver service that enhance the customers’ experience with us
  • Assist in daily operations; printing of orders, packing and liasing with couriers.
  • Inventory stock take

Fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Able to handle queries on Social Media and various other platforms.
