Job Summary:
The Corporate Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's employee benefits programs. This role involves evaluating existing benefits plans, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefits, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
- Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to secure competitive rates and services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
- Analyze benefits data and trends to make informed recommendations for plan enhancements.
- Communicate benefits information to employees through various channels, including presentations, written materials, and one-on-one consultations.
- Handle employee inquiries and issues related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to align benefits programs with organizational goals and strategies.
- Prepare and manage the benefits budget, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve benefits offerings.

Qualifications:
· Minimum GCE 'A'-Level Certificate (with at least 3 passes in H2 subjects and 2 passes in H1 subjects), International Baccalaureate Diploma or Polytechnic Diploma awarded in Singapore
· Males must have completed National Service.
