Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, assess market trends, and analyze competitors.
- Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting and editing sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development.
- AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools and software to analyze data, generate insights, and enhance marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and promotion of sales events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, data analytics platforms).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
