As a 3rd party laboratory with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation, ISO 17025 and ANSI ESDS 20.20 certificate and 4 independent labs across China, USA, Munich, and Singapore, we are at the forefront of our industry. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Assist Accountant, Purchasing, and Human Resource department working on the different field work and other administration work. Including:
· Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, maintain office efficiency by arranging repairs.
· Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics
· Working on recruitment and hire process.
· Prepare training schedule and following the training.
· Employees salary management and payroll calculate.
· Manage open purchase orders.
- Handle AP, AR and Bank reconciliation monthly.
- Working with the local accounting firm
· Perform other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a work experience in office admin with good knowledge of general principles and practices.
