• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights on candidate availability and market trends.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to expand our candidate reach.
• Analyze data and market trends to enhance our recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment research or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CEI-certified individuals will be preferred.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
