About This Role

Tech Change Program Management of Group Technology COO function is responsible for ensuring change initiatives meet objectives of employee adoption and usage. The role is responsible for leading creation and implementation of change management strategies and plan, with focus on people side of change, to bring employees along the changes to minimise resistance. Change program lead needs to work closely with the stakeholders within Group Tech, and relevant functions across bank to achieve the outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create and lead formulation of strategy to drive adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Lead impact analyses, access change readiness and identification of key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support design and delivery of training programs
  • Develop actionable deliverables (ranging from training, familiarization, communications and engagements) for effective change management to achieve faster adoption, utilization and benefit realization
  • Collaborate closely with project management team, stakeholders, change champions to align on change management plan, communication & engagement materials and timeline
  • Execute, and ensure progress of interventions against plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders, coach people managers and supervisors
  • Work with stakeholders to manage the transition, and/ or drive adoption
  • Oversee delivery of communication to impacted employees to ensure information provided is accurate and comprehensive
  • Work with communication specialists and other units’ change champions to develop materials to ensure effective communications, engagement and employees’ learning
  • Drive onboarding of internal customers
  • Define and track success metrics

Requirements

  • Demonstrated 10 -15 years of transformation change management
  • Experience in working across different cultures and geographies
  • Experience in large scale project – preferably in roles such as organization design
  • Experience in change management framework e.g. ADKAR
  • Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder, cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk
  • Proven competency in strategic leadership, executive communication and influence, organizational agility, cross-team collaboration, drive for results, and written and verbal communications
  • Excellent in storyboarding skills, and leading workshops/ focus group sessions
  • Project/program management leadership including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, human resources
  • Ability to act as in a consultative manner with both business and IT leaders to align strategy
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Software Quality Assurance methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience in management consulting firm is a plus
