Job Description:

  • Respond to system queries, perform troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify solutions to reported issues.
  • Efficiently understand and resolve problems, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicate progress promptly.
  • Perform assessments to determine the priority and urgency of issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Software Developers, QA Engineers, and the Operations team.
  • Learn the operation of our products from the ground up.
  • Evaluate issue trends and provide system stability reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support team initiatives or projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills, with the ability to understand system issues and develop action plans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability for work outcomes.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and campaign days when scheduled, off-in-lieu is provided.
