The Director of Product Marketing (APAC) will lead the strategic direction of product management and marketing across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He/ She will oversee product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the global vision while tailoring initiatives to the regional market demands.

( Salary up to SGD 17K/18K )

Roles

  • Design, align and jointly own the product roadmap of products (for industrial cables, connectors) and services in collaboration with the other regional headquarters (North America + EMEA)
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, commercialization, and end-of-life management suited for APAC region
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and customization for specific industries like automotive, energy, and industrial automation.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions and ensure organizations remain at the forefront of technology in the region.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous product improvements including in different region such as LATAM , Europe
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of product managers in strategizing and refining our portfolio
  • Drive strategic initiatives and projects to further develop our organisation and business
  • Develop the capabilities of affiliates and partners in APAC to grow the market share

Skills and experience requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and marketing, ideally in industrial cables, electrical components, or related B2B industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing product and marketing strategies in APAC markets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, an competitive landscapes in the industrial sector.
  • Some traveling requirements would be expected for this role
