About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Investment Analyst, focusing on identifying and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities (Pre-Seed to Series A) in the sustainability and impact sectors. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with an engineering background who are passionate about sustainability and interested in breaking into venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Sourcing & Analysis:

- Identify and research emerging startups in the sustainability and impact sectors.

- Conduct preliminary financial analysis and assess technical feasibility for potential investments.

2. Market Research:

- Analyze industry trends and assess the competitive landscape in the sustainability space.

3. Due Diligence:

- Support the due diligence process, evaluating business models and technical solutions of target companies.

4. Portfolio Support:

- Assist in tracking the performance of portfolio companies and preparing regular reports.

5. Network Building:

- Build relationships with founders, industry experts, and co-investors to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, or related fields.

- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in engineering, finance, project management or a related field.

- Strong analytical and technical skills with a basic understanding of financial analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Passion for sustainability and an eagerness to learn about venture investing.
