Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

An international, top-tier buy side organisation is currently looking for a Senior Accounts Payable person in Singapore. The role is part of the APAC finance operations team, assists in overseeing Accounts Payable matters in the APAC region (including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Australia, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea and Mauritius). The candidate will also collaborate closely with global accounts payable team members in the US and EMEA.

Main Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred with a reputable University
• 7 -10 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role with an international multi-national organisation
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; fluency in oral and written. Mandarin is is necessary as the role will cover mainland China and Taiwan
• Basic proficiency in oral and written Japanese is an advantage, as the role will cover Japan
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Good team player, analytical, strong attention to details, fast learner, thorough and strong ownership of work
• Proficient in Excel, able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure, constantly changing environment, high sense of urgency
