The jobholder will be part of the AI Platform Team. We are a group of passionate developers and engineers who understands DevSecOps and MLSecOps is a culture and embracing AI and Digitalisation is the future. The team is charged with a mission to transform the way HTX delivers software infused with AI by leveraging on the latest technologies to enable agile software development, zero-trust security, continuous devsecops and artificial intelligence.

We are looking for a Head ML Ops, AI Platform to lead a team and develop our AI platform and automate the deployment of AI workloads.

What You Will Be Working On

Work with Users to develop ML workflows for operations.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable AI and ML platforms and infrastructure.

Ensure best practices in MLSecOps, software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

Drive the adoption of MLOps tools and frameworks such as Kubeflow, MLflow, and RunAI.

Collaborate with product management, data science, and IT operations to integrate AI and ML capabilities across HTX Teams.

Work closely with software engineers and data scientists to understand platform requirements and provide solutions that enhance machine learning workflows.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation in MLOps practices.

What We Are Looking For

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing MLOps teams.

Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Linux Shell scripting.

Extensive experience in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, and RunAI.

Experience working in an agile framework, with participation in agile ceremonies and iterative development.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex AI platform issues.

Preferably more than 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on AI, machine learning, and MLOps.
