Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead experimental wet-lab efforts to scale up high-throughput screening of RNA therapeutics.
  • Design and conduct molecular biology experiments to generate high-quality datasets for training AI models.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, including AI scientists and engineers.
  • Stay current with advancements in RNA therapeutics innovation, contributing to the evolution of our methodologies.
  • Participate in regular meetings and present findings to academic and industry stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong background in molecular biology and hands-on experience with wet-lab techniques (e.g., RNA synthesis, high-throughput screening) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in RNA therapeutics and high-throughput innovation.
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with computational team members focused on AI model development.
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a rapidly advancing field.
