In this position, you will support the regional Growth Market within Applications Financial Services Sector. As part of the Regional Talent Acquisition Group, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to devise innovative strategies for attracting top talent within the local market, and potentially on a regional and global scale as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years full cycle recruiting experience within Applications Solutions/Services
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating active, passive and aspiring candidate
  • Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration too
  • Ability to conduct weekday and weekend drives
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or external staffing agency
  • Ability to drive engagement with multiple stakeholders
