Our client are main contractor and currently seeking 3 positions: Architectural Coordinator/ M&E Coordinator/ BIM Modeller to join our team for an HDB (Housing and Development Board) project.

Position 1: Architectural Coordinator

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating architectural activities, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural design and documentation for HDB projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Address any design issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Support the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Position 2: M&E Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical engineering activities on various projects, ensuring compliance with standards, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate M&E design and installation activities across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Review and verify M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor M&E installations and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Address any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Position 3: BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design intent into the BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, protocols, and best practices for BIM documentation.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.
  • Provide support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and BIM methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BIM modelling within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
