Job Description

Talent Development and Organizational Growth

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to assess organizational learning needs, address skill gaps, and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Design and implement holistic talent development programs that cover leadership, organizational growth, and change management to support both current and future business needs.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms and emerging technologies to offer personalized, flexible learning experiences that promote continuous development.
  • Develop career pathways and competency frameworks to support talent mobility and build a digital-ready, adaptive workforce through a skills-based strategy.
  • Streamline learning processes, policies, and governance to optimize efficiency, including leveraging government funding or skills development schemes for cost-effective solutions.
  • Evaluate and collaborate with external training providers to deliver relevant, high-impact learning experiences for employees.

Change Management and Employee Engagement

  • Lead change management initiatives that support organizational transformation, focusing on building a learning organization by using data-driven insights to assess and improve the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Foster a vibrant learning culture by sparking employee interest in development opportunities, cultivating learning habits, and ensuring clear communication of training initiatives.

Leadership and Talent Management

  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and the People Science team to support long-term talent strategies, including succession planning, high-potential identification, and building a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for organizational capability improvements based on workforce analysis and insights, helping to future-proof the talent landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or change management, ideally within the aviation or a similar industry.
  • A proven track record of designing and executing talent development initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions and personalize learning experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, result-driven environment and successfully manage multiple priorities.
