Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Operations Manager / Store Manager (Korean BBQ)
  • Working Location: Orchard
  • Working Hours: 6 days (Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor all aspects of the dining experience, from seating and table service to food preparation in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with chefs to update recipes, menu items, and presentations based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • Monitor guest feedback, address complaints promptly, and work to consistently improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels for food ingredients, beverages, and other consumables.
  • Manage and oversee the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Has around 5 years of experience in restaurant management, prior work experience in Korean BBQ concepts is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
