Job Scope
1. Prepare ingredients per standard recipes.
2. Ensure personal hygiene and clean work attire.
3. Keep equipment and utensils in order.
4. Work with the team to complete tasks and follow the head chef’s instructions

Position 2 : Junior Zhi Pei (Salary : Up to S$3100)
Job Scope
1. Familiar with and mastered the responsibilities and operational procedures of steaming, frying, and dishwashing.
2. Proficient in knife skills, cutting techniques, and raw material allocation.
3. Promptly inform chef of inventory needs and assist in cost control.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and follow the head chef’s instructions.

Position 3 : Senior Zhi Pei(Salary : Up to S$3500)
Job Scope
1. Be familiar with and master the responsibilities and procedures for steaming, frying, and dishwashing.
2. Actively learn and master the company’s wok cooking techniques, with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques.
3. Clearly differentiate between cooking methods like stir-frying, sautéing, braising, frying, and grilling, ensuring dishes meet company standards.
4. Collaborate with other positions to complete daily tasks and follow head chef’s instructions.
Job Requirement
1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
2. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
