Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and support research activities, including participant recruitment, obtaining consent, data collection, and data management.
Set up and maintain investigator files, including records for participant consent and sample collection.
Manage study data using systems such as REDCap.
Provide clear explanations to participants about the study process and procedures.
Follow study protocols and instructions carefully, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Ensure proper collection, handling, and transportation of samples.
Safeguard the confidentiality of all participant information.
Coordinate logistical arrangements with the study team to set up the study site.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator or Co-Investigators.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience in clinical research coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
