Organisation Excellence Specialist (Associate, OE)

We are looking for a dynamic member to join our family as an Associate of Organisation Excellence to support the excellence initiatives within the organisation by enabling the effective operation of its organisational goals and plans. In addition, there will be exciting opportunities to collaborate with different departments to support their transformation and innovation initiatives, as the Centre embarks on its journey towards the development of a New Science Centre.

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities of the Associate of Organisation Excellence include the following duties;

  1. Corporate Planning and Strategic Management
  2. Support the planning and documentation requirements for the following corporate planning areas:
  3. Annual corporate planning cycle and management events.
  4. Organisational performance analysis and reporting.
  5. Organisation-wide Enterprise Risk Management reporting.
  6. Strategic communication and coordination of corporate events.
  7. Evaluation and Impact management.
  1. Transformation and Innovation
  2. Coordinate transformation initiatives to enhance the organisation’s performance and growth.
  3. Assist in the coordination of innovation related initiatives such as the management of innovation tools and engagement platforms to sustain innovative practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in supporting strategic planning and/or data analysis and corporate management.

Candidates must have the following skills, attitudes and behaviours;

  • Analytical skills in management of data analysis tools such as Qliksense or similar tools.
  • Experience in supporting innovation projects and workshops.
  • Experience in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Good understanding and application of innovation skills such as Design Thinking.
  • Passionate and has a strong drive for excellence and the desire to make a difference.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and proactive with good managerial and organisational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong skills in workshop customisation and facilitation.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively through written and oral skills.
  • Adaptable to changes based on organisational needs and government policies.
