  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

prettyFIT is a well-known Singaporean ladies footwear brand with a strong reputation for creating stylish and comfortable shoes for women. We are looking for a Content Creator (Team Lead) to join our team and oversee the brand's positioning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with prettyFIT’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of visual content, including photography, videos, graphics, and campaign mood-boards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design & merchandising teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.

2. Photography & Visual Production:

  • Oversee all stages of the photography process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
  • Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned imagery.
  • Manage the development of campaign mood-boards to guide the creative direction of photoshoots & marketing campaigns.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators.
  • Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to team members, ensuring consistency and excellence in all content produced.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

4. Project Management:

  • Plan and manage content production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
  • Manage budgets for content creation, including photography shoots, equipment, and freelance talent.

5. Brand Consistency & Quality Control:

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality & tone of voice & optimized for various platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends & competitor activities to keep the brand’s content fresh & relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Production, Fashion, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in content creation, photography, or creative direction, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in photography, campaign development, and content strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant content creation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
