Responsibilities:

• Perform test ride (bike)

• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs

• Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed

• Generate quotations, invoices and process payments accurately

• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs

• Any other duties as assigned by Manager


Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

• Minimum class 2A license with 1 year riding experience
