You will work collaboratively to create exceptional dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients according to recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Support cooks and chefs by coordinating the timely delivery of food items during service.
Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
