Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Assist with HR-related tasks and administrative duties.
• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or HR roles.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s business environment is a plus.
