Personal Responsibility
Informal communicative and helpful behavior towards superiors and employees
Sets the goals for his department and supports his employees in reaching these goals.
He is responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of employees subordinated
to him
Is responsible for recruiting employees with help from the Hiring Profile
Initiates and coordinates internal follow-up regulation for his area.
Is responsible for the development, active training, and advancement of his employees with
the help of the Master plan
Economical Responsibility
Will carefully handle the raw materials and materials entrusted to him
Is responsible for maintaining financial requirements/budgets and results of the area of
responsibility assigned to him.
(Sales, goods expenses, personnel expense, transactions, weekly, production guide, 52 weekly paper)
Prepares and monitors forecast, budget and other relevant key figures in his area (personnel
costs, goods costs, etc.)
Plans, initiates, and implements measures to increase efficiency and profitability of his area,
especially when deviating from regulations while complying with the Company strategy.
Operational Responsibility
Is flexible and is able to work in all work areas: -
Is responsible for compliance - exemplifies the active role of a guest host.

initiates and conducts training - ensures the flow of information into all directions.
