  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to the Head of Global HR, this role embodies a collaborative approach to business partnering, overseeing a workforce of over 100 employees across multiple APAC countries. As a vital link between stakeholders and team members, the Human Resources Business Partner will focus on developing frameworks, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic guidance to leadership. Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the firm attracts top-tier talent.
  • Drive talent management processes, including the design of succession and promotion plans.
  • Support employee development initiatives and assist with annual salary and bonus reviews for assigned client groups.

Skills Required:

  • Currently functioning as an HR Business Partner within a global financial services organization, in a strategic and operational capacity.
  • Comfortable navigating performance-driven global matrix structures, as well as thriving in a smaller, high-touch, and growing organization focused on collaboration and quality deliverables.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, fostering strong working relationships across the business.
  • Team player with exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and working with data
  • Degree level educated and/or equivalent.
