3.Client Onboarding:

  • Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
  • Coordinate client training and support, ensuring they are well-equipped to use crypto-related products and services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients, addressing any queries or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

4.Liquidity Management:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing liquidity across platforms.
  • Work closely with the finance and trading teams to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
  • Analyze market conditions and liquidity needs to propose proactive strategies for optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • Passion for Cryptocurrency: A deep interest in and understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
  • Strong Logical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make well-informed decisions.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a high level of initiative, eager to face challenges and find solutions independently.
  • Vision Alignment: Willingness to work alongside a startup team, sharing in the vision to achieve project goals despite challenges and obstacles.
