We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Salesforce to guide the implementation of critical systems, working closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and applying your deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to provide tailored solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of the project's goals.
  • Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide system implementations, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and other business units to provide solutions that meet business needs and optimize Salesforce functionality.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and delivery of requirements.
  • Ensure projects are executed in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation.
  • Work closely with developers and administrators to validate that Salesforce configurations and customizations align with business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users on Salesforce features and functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Diploma or higher, with preference for candidates who graduated from Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering disciplines.
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101) certification.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role in Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and configuration options.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and leading implementations for Salesforce projects.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Agile methodologies is highly advantage
