  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Roles and Responsibilities

Role 2:

Requirement for the SD Agents as follow:

• Min 2 yrs of SD agent working experience

• Good Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting skillsets

• Excellence customer handling skills

• Excellence communication skills

• Need to perform rotating shift

• Operating hr: 7.30am to 9pm (rotating shift)

• Inclusive of Mon – Fri, weekends and public holidays

• Security Clearance required

• Singaporean

• onboarding after candidates are security cleared

-

5 workdays per week (2 off day can be on weekday)

-based on 44hrs per week

-not 12 hrs rotating shift
