  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower & hiring requirements
  • Recruit for Warehouse and SPX Express operations, including sourcing, screening & interview scheduling for candidates, with a focus on rank-and-file profiles
  • Organise & collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure an understanding of hiring needs
  • Liaising with external vendors and/or government agencies to support recruitment needs
  • Manage and update weekly headcount and recruitment reports
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Candidates with 1-7 years of recruitment experience in both PMET and non-PMET staff
  • Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related industries will be an advantage
  • Familiar with common recruitment channels used for hiring blue-collar workers and PMET staff for the logistics sector or similar industries
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment within a short timespan
  • Ability to focus on KPIs and deadlines
  • Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a dynamic and growing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar and proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc)
