Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will play a key role in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations for manpower outsourcing projects. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and smooth internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff, ensuring clear understanding of their environment, culture, and expectations.
• Manage and oversee monthly duty rosters for staff deployment.
• Handle on-the-ground queries, logistical needs, and distribution.
• Manage staff attendance, leave requests, and training programs.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, including uniform and logistics distribution.
• Monitor and consolidate daily operations reports for management review.
• Communicate announcements and updates to staff through WhatsApp or other communication channels.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties and operational support as required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant operational experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and staff relationships.
• Detailed oriented, Meticulous, organised, and resourceful with excellent time management abilities.
• Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
