  • Proven experience in business process analysis and change / project management; preferably in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects
  • Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
  • Strong understanding of target operating models and their implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels and to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of the financial intermediary business and familiarity with client onboarding and lifecycle management processes is preferred

Duties

  • Organise working groups with stakeholders to drive process review/discovery, collate feedback and recommendations for improvements,
  • Support management in defining and refining requirements based on the target operating model and leading process enhancement drives.
  • Develop and carry out process re-engineering plans based on the target process.
  • Set in place transition processes to ensure smooth transition from current to target operating model, achieving operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes and requirements across stakeholders such as Front Office, Client Onboarding team, Operations, Compliance, Technology etc.
  • Ensure that the requirements are complete and within the defined scope
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, workflow diagrams and training materials
  • Work closely with Technology team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new processes and best practices.
