Handle the processing of customers' orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage the coordination and distribution of samples.
Collaborate with production to monitor lead times and address operational challenges, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Maintain communication with suppliers and clients to streamline processes.
Prepare essential documents such as quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and delivery orders, including data entry.
Organize and plan delivery schedules for efficient distribution.
Organize fitting and measurement sessions and manage data entry.
Requirements: Experience in the garment industry.
