Position Overview:

As a Technician (M&I) at Quanta Integration and Solutions, you will support the technical team by working on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicle safety and telematics systems. Your role will involve hands-on technical work and assisting in ensuring smooth service delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining vehicle safety and telematics equipment.

• Equipment Testing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and electronics issues, ensuring that all systems function effectively.

• Customer Updates: Provide updates to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving system issues efficiently.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all installations meet safety standards and comply with industry regulations.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and keep the stakeholders with regards to the updates required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITE Certificate or equivalent from a technical college in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle safety solutions, telematics, and electronics systems.

• Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting electronics or automotive equipment is a plus.

• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Freshers are welcome to apply training will be provided.
