Job Description

  • Professionally manage multi-channel interactions such as calls, email, social media, mobile apps and in-person enquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Explore and introduce different type of services and products that are available to our customers
  • Analyzing customer intention in order to assist customers to your best abilities possible
  • Performing general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintaining and updating customer’s records

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels
  • At least 1 year experience in Call Centre, banking or customer service environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English (Mandarin speaking would be a plus point to communicate with our Chinese speaking customers)
  • Positive attitude, independent, able to multi-task and is a team player
  • Pleasant voice, attentive listening and good communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information

  • Required to work on rotational shifts (on weekends & public holidays included)
