Senior/ Project Manager (M&E/ 5 days)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee projects in the construction industry, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This is a five-day workweek position.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and professional development.
• Stakeholder Management
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and compliance.
• Budget Management
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing cost control measures as needed.
• Approve expenditures and manage procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in the M&E sector, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
