We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative
Assistant to support our small watch shop with day-to-day administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations,
handling customer inquiries, managing stock levels, and performing basic
bookkeeping duties. A passion for watches and excellent organizational skills
are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative
Support: Perform general administrative
duties, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
Customer
Service: Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, email, and in person, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Order
Management: Process and manage online and
in-store orders, including packing and shipping.
Inventory
Management: Monitor stock levels, update
inventory records, and assist with stock replenishment.
Bookkeeping: Maintain
financial records, process invoices, and handle basic accounting tasks.
Social
Media & Marketing Support: Assist
with posting and updating social media content or marketing materials
(optional, depending on skills).
Scheduling
& Appointments: Manage appointments for watch
repairs or servicing.
Supplier
Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and
place orders for new stock when necessary.
Office
Organization: Keep the office/store area neat and
organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.


Qualifications:

Diploma
or equivalent (preferred)
Previous
experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency
in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software
Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability
to work independently and as part of a small team
Familiarity
with watch brands and products (preferred but not required)
