What you will be working on?

Reviewed and converted old datasets on development gross floor area (GFA) and land use to fit a new format.
Analyzed planning and development records by combining data from various sources, including Excel files and approved plans in formats like CAD, PDF, and Bentley.
Conducted manual and automated checks to ensure the accuracy of the data, working closely with urban planners and architects.
Assisted with other tasks and projects as needed.



What are we looking for?

Singaporean only
Minimum Higher NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘A’ level
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
