Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Possess a solid understanding and working knowledge of IP/Analog CCTV systems, Access Control, and Remote sensor systems.
Proficient in installing and configuring Ethernet-based network equipment and systems (both remote and local).
Familiar with IoT sensors/hubs and their interface with web portals.
Experienced in Python scripting, Advanced Excel macros, Android Studio, and Android App development, including voice/video applications and notification apps.
Competent in setting up and operating Linux and Windows OS.
Skilled in managing Office IT Infrastructure, including NAS systems, Office365/Outlook administration, and PC hardware.

Specific Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable in Security Video Analytics based on the Nvidia AI engine.
Provide technical support for Video Analytics applications, Robotics systems, Visitor Management, and other security automation products.
Troubleshoot systems hardware and offer support for both in-house and commercial applications.
Support project work and technology implementation onsite, collaborating with team members.
Work closely with the Systems Manager and other department leaders to deploy technology and resolve issues.

General Responsibilities:

Proficient in both written and spoken English.
A team player capable of collaborating with all levels of staff.
Attend client meetings on-site for project work.
Create project schedules and track progress to ensure successful completion.
Available to work ad-hoc hours to support client projects and provide duty phone support.
Generate reports and analyze data for client projects using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
