Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with extensive knowledge in office management and Operations support. Detail-oriented and quality-focused professional with proven interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced computer software knowledge, archiving and record-keeping skills and general office management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative duties to office and restaurant
Work with Restaurant Manager to update the Operations Manual
Handle prompt filing of documents and archiving of materials
Liaise with vendors for procurement and R&D purposes
Source for new vendors (e.g. for price comparison)
Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Liaise with suppliers for marketing collaterals
Answering incoming phone calls
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Administrative and Office support
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite
Excellent project management skills
Detail-oriented is key
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are crucial
Have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator
Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
