Summary

  • As a junior process improvement analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our process documentation and process improvement initiatives.
  • You will work closely with various departments to understand existing processes, train, and guide business units to use different process tools to document the standard processes.
  • You will work alongside the Business Process Manager closely with stakeholders at all levels across different departments to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement tailored solutions, and measure the impact of different process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Provide process documentation training to Business Process Experts (BPE).
  • Promote process awareness and adherence across the organisation.
  • Consult and support cross-functional teams to maintain departmental processes with the standard process documentation tools.
  • Work alongside BPE to ensure process flows are mapped using standard methodology across various operations functions.
  • Assist Business Process Manager to embed process improvement and lean methodol-ogies as well as a process improvement mindset across the organisation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through continuous collaboration with BPEs.
  • Identify, analyse and document process improvement opportunities, highlighting inefficiencies, presenting ideas and improvement step in different efficiency initiatives.

What you'll need

  • University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Planning or Operational Business Administration
  • Experience in a related industry, sourcing, retail is advantageous
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in Microsoft applications like Excel, Visio, VBA, PowerPoint.
  • Lean six sigma experience or certification advantageous.
  • A positive, proactive can-do attitude with entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., ARIS) and methodologies is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
