Our esteemed client, an established recognized MNC, is searching for a Service Desk Officer/Customer Service Officer (Bowling / Main Lobby):

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Officer (Main Lobby)

  • Handle telephone calls and answer enquiries about the Club’s facilities and functions.
  • Manage Club programme applications, enquiries, and facilities bookings.
  • Perform cashiering duties.
  • Provide membership services, including the collection of sub-fees.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as safe-keeping and recording of key issuance, and other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Administer lost and found items.
  • Record incoming cheques.
  • Assist in tender briefings, collection, and recording of tender documents and deposits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
  • Atleast 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required

Additional Information:

  • Working Location: Changi (Pick-Up Provided at Tanah Merah MRT Station)
  • Working Hour: 5 Days (Shift Rotations)
  • Salary: Basic up to S$2,200 + Allowance
