Job Summary

As the Investment Product Specialist (Vice President) of the Global Derivative Solutions team in Asia, you will investigate, determine and provide the best execution vehicles according to the house view, both tactical and longer-term, provide market investment ideas, and execute trades. The Desk is heavily immersed in the market and the this role allows for a rather unique hybrid of both buy-side and sell-side aspects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quantitative and qualitative analysis on markets and trade ideas

• Understanding of market risks from a pricing and execution perspective. Efficiency and accuracy in pricing various trade strategies.

• Generation of trade ideas, strategies, and creation/follow through of business initiatives

• Work closely with senior management and business partners on identifying opportunities and prioritizing them in line with business impact

• Partner extensively with global internal partners and partners from other internal lines of business (Investment banking, etc.) to facilitate the execution

• Represent the Asian business in global forums and discussions

• Daily client interaction (over the phone or in person) to discuss our trading platform, markets, and to offer solutions

• To distribute products to J.P. Morgan Private Bank sales force and our Clients (private investors) via proactive product sourcing and allocation

• To provide best execution and dealing to meet Clients needs and achieve revenue target. This includes strengthening business relationship with major trading counterparties and positioning ourselves as a preferred trading partner

• Build relationships with Private Bank Investors and Bankers throughout the US, Europe, and Asia

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a private bank or investment bank.

• Have the required technical skills and product expertise in Equity Derivatives.

• Effective Mandarin speaker as the person is required to interact with clients from China and Taiwan.

• Possess a valid MAS RNF with CACS in Singapore
