It delivers superior insights by employing active bottom-up research with sectoral and macro thematic analysis to identify moneymaking and trading opportunities. GRS has been consistently successful in helping Relationship Managers and Product Sales teams optimize their business and capital market decisions to better serve institutional, private banking and retail clients.
The successful applicant will report to Shared Services, an integral part of GRS, bridging the gap between our research teams and engineering professionals. He / She will be part of the program that maintains and improves operation and enhancement processes on web platforms. The work may also include data preparation, data integrity verification to product troubleshooting, software bugs fixing.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to define project requirements, timelines, and budgets, and to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Continuously improve software development cycles, and to debug and troubleshoot code issues together with developers
- Spearhead and develop products initiatives (e.g. AI/ML, GenAI) with impactful use cases
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in the field of language models and AI
- Maintain day-to-day management and administration of project work / documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, linguistics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, with a focus on LLMs
- Strong in articulating requirements between business stakeholders and technical developers
- Able to work well in team and with competent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of software development best practices, such as version control, testing, and debugging
- Experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Java and TensorFlow
- Familiarity and interest in AI/ML or GenAI techniques and frameworks
- Good to have web development skills and understanding in its frameworks and tools
